Hi Rosey!
Are you sure you are unpacking the zip and placing the .package files under your Mods folder?
We just re-downloaded, re installed, loaded the game and all is there. All items are base game (except for the high table) and since you can find the decor items, you should be able to find the furniture as well. None of the downloader seem to have this problem so, we suggest you to make sure you are unzipping the files and placing only .package files under your mods folder.
