Hello!

Sorry but we do not allow house builders to share our content. If they do this is against our will.
It's because we need the traffic to keep our site alive and also because each time EA patches the game we have to test if our files are working. We have to update some of them. Coastal plants were updated a while ago for instance. So, if you get SIMcredible objects included illegaly from a house, who will assure these files are up to date? It may break your game.
That's why we strongly recommend people to not get our files from houses, but only through our own site and TSR instead.
