Created for: The Sims 3

When I started this house it was going to be a small 1 bedroom apartment kind of home...well it turned into this large 3 bedroom split level family home. The main entrance opens to a large living room with fireplace, bathroom, split level kitchen/dinning area and entrance to a large backyard with bbq/eating area, pool, deck, garden and small playground. 2 - 1 car garages, both are attached to the house with front porch doors and the left garage has a door into the house. The top floor has has 3 large bedrooms, full bath and family/tv room. Enjoy!
