Created for: The Sims 3

This is a 3 bedroom bungalow home built on top of a mountain. A open concept living area with my attempt of half walls seperating the living room, kitchen, dinning area and study nook. 2 sliding doors lead out to a large deck with chess game, exercise equipment, telescope and 1 easel. Master bedroom a large ensuite full bath, 2 unfurnished bedrooms are separated by a large main bath. Large driveway has room for 2 cars and bikes. Stairs got down the mountain side to a large backyard, with a pool, bbq area, started garden and playground.
