Created for: The Sims 3

This house is a true Dream Home,with a capacity of a hotel! The front part of the building contains all main rooms (living,dining,kitchen...) and three master bedrooms on it's second floor (all with their own bathrooms). That itself makes an average house,so the tower is added to provide extra space and a terrific view! Four bedrooms in it come very usefull when inviting friends or relatives for sleepovers,or maybe if the family grows larger than planned. There is even an eighth bedroom for the butler (if you own Late Night expansion). Four bedrooms are extended with fully equipped bathrooms (and all other provide some hygienic needs) and there are two toilets on the ground floor so your sims wont have to make daily marathons around the house just to pee. The attic in the tower is a creative corner,there is a library and a gym-no one will be bored. The backyard includes a lawn with a charming fountain,a romantic hedge maze and an outdoor panoramic viewpoint.
