Created for: The Sims 3

This lot will work best if you divide the building between two families/friends/households and leave the central rooms for everyones use. That will make most sense because the whole house is strictly symmetrical and it might be hard to decide where to put which rooms-without doubling them. Each side includes it's own entrance with a lobby,a staircase,two rooms for dining or living,kitchen,bath and two bedrooms(one with a bathroom) on the upper floor. On each floor there is a corridor towards the central contents. There's an indoor pool,a small study,gym and two big rooms with fireplaces on the second floor,which can be used for inviting guests. Some rooms are roughly furnished just to give you the idea of there use,but the house is more or less left for you to have fun. Place it where those big windows can catch a view! ;)
