Created for: The Sims 3

Although it looks big, it's a small house! It has 3 floors, one beneath the terrain so it has no "sunlight" but i think you won't find that a problem! Just put a few lights and it'll work like a charm! =) The 1st floor (Beneath-The-Terrain one!) I decided to be Living room (It's the biggest room in the whole house). On the 2nd floor you'll find Dining room, Kitchen and a hall all in one room. On the 3rd floor there's a hall, a bedroom and a bathroom! Hose is full of little balconies although only one is "accessible" - it's a bedroom one on the top floor, surrounded by trees and it's beautiful! There's a pond by the house surrounded by pine trees. Pathway to the house is also surrounded by trees. Please, provide feedback on the house in comments, so that I know what's wrong and make it right in my next house! Happy Simming! =)
