Created for: The Sims 3

- This is a medium-size family home I made for you using entirely Base Game objects! The home has many, many windows which let a lot of natural light in. It consists of 2 stories. On the first story, you will find a long L-shaped hall, a living room, a dining+kitchen room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second story there's a leisure room, a bedroom with a bathroom and a balcony.
- The interesting thing about the house is that it has a garden in the center of it which can be seen through many windows in the house.
- The roof of the house is flat and features special tiles which look like solar panels.
- Due to many windows this house is also appropriate for a celebrity who enjoys attention and publicity.
- Due to many windows this house is also appropriate for artistic souls as the upper floor looks like an Atelier.
- The house is inspired by nature and eco-friendly modern houses in Split, Croatia.
