Big familyhouse in light pine wood and natural stone.

Floorplan:
1. floor: Big kitchen/diner, hallway, gallery/livingroom, library, mediaroom/TV, bathroom. 2 big balconies, a pool and bbq.
2. floor: 2 neutral bedrooms with a playroom and a bathroom, double bed apartment with it's own bathroom and small kitchen, 1 sauna room and a big guest bathroom. A couple of balconies.
3. floor: Master suite with bathroom, bedroom, changingroom and hallway with a big roof balcony.

This house comes in two versions. The original version no#1, I made on a small world map I'm doing the beta testing on at the moment. It should probably be uploaded on modthesims sometime soon. I just have to fix some minor issues. The original house is for a beach lot, and those are often difficult to fit, but it does work on it's own lot. The beach lot will be available on modthesims, to go with the world sometime later.
