This is a familyhouse with an apartment, master, 1 kids room and a nursery. In total 4 bedrooms. Open plan kitchen and diner, livingroom, familyroom with kids toys at the top, pool and bbq in the backyard.

3'rd floor: The master bedroom at the top floor has it's own bathroom. It's close to the kids or family livingroom. The kids room and nursery share a bath. They are all on the same floor with a walk-in-closet and small kitchen for the toddlers.
2'nd floor: The apartment has a bath and it's own livingroom and balcony. A threadmill is in a corner beside the reading nook with a desk.
Main floor: The kitchen and diner in one big room, close by is the main livingroom with a desk for the important gaming pc, TV area and a fireplace. It also has a guest bathroom and dressingroom.

If the fireplace from ruhrpottbobo turns up it's been removed from the file by Custard. The TSR engine sometimes finds remains of files used even though they won't install.
