Hello again! I looked into this 'cause I wanted to see if there was indeed an issue, so I asked a few people to check if they could send me pm's and I did receive their messages. So as I said, I don't think there is an issue with my account. Are you sure you spelled my name properly? Cause I don't understand why it doesn't work only for you. If you can't message other people as well, you should email the staff. Good day!
