Important: The lot fits best in Hollbrooks world near the bride. In other worlds you must use the plane-tool. The floor there will arising a hole in the garden. Don't be angry or sad, it looks also nice. The lot was build on a gradient.

The lots come only with a kitchen, because you have enough potential to furnish it to your own taste. It's more fun to deliver a proper house with a nice surrounding landscape.
