A lavish penthouse apartment, fit for the modern warlock! Directly inspired by Magnus Bane's loft on Shadowhunters/The Mortal Instruments.
This loft is sumptuously decorated, with all the finery and the treasures a several hundred year old warlock could collect. I added a wee bit more of an Asian flair to it, as a nod to Magnus' ethnicity (Chinese on the show, Indonesian in the books). Included are two bedrooms (the modern one from the show and an Asian-style one from the movie), plus Magnus' study, huge living area, and rooftop garden. The lobby is based on the empty concrete hall where Magnus summoned Clary's memory demon in S01, rather than the more opulent hotel-like hallway from S02 during the Duh episode.
I threw in a random bathroom and EIK (the hidden bookcase makes it inaccessible, so you'll need to replace it with a normal door). There is an empty floor beneath the loft that y'all can decorate or hide. I was going to put the NY Institute there, but the file size was spiking fast so I decided to just remove it. I had to de-clutter most of the surfaces to keep the file size down. I also unfurnished the kid's room, but you can see pics of what it originally looked like on my Simblr before I nuked the joint.
