Created for: The Sims 3

In an effort to add a more 'Downtown' atmosphere to my suburban neighborhoods since the release of 'Late Night', I've been renovating all of the apartment buildings and nightclubs. I've already shared a few of the renovated apartments, and this one has a few extra special touches.

This completely renovated apartment building is fully furnished and move in ready. Features everything the 'Homeowners Association' doesn't want your Sims to have, such as new windows, fireplace, a lobby/hall makeover, a lower level (indoor) community area complete with a gym, hot tub, bar/game area, laundry room. There is also plenty of parking spaces (with a sports car just waiting for your Sim to speed along in it), great landscaping, an expanded apartment floorplan and so much more. Perfect for to 1- 5 Sims. There are two rabbit hole apartments on the top level as well.

By request, the extra special touches that were added, are Christmas decorations. Only the livingroom/dining area contains Christmas decor. This lot contains NO unofficial CC. The only additional content are items from the two FREE 'Happy Holiday Presents' and 'More Happy Holiday Presents' sets from the Sims 3 Store. If you don't have the items, you can get them from the store. This lot can still be downloaded without those items being in your game, the Christmas items will just be the only thing missing from the lot.

This lot is a renovated version of the 'The Simerset' apartment lot that comes with the 'Late Night' expansion. It was originally a 1bed, 1bath, very small apartment. It's now pretty large. You MUST have 'Late Night' in order for this lot to work in your game!
