Another in my Bridge Lane Railway series of lots. Ron didn't tell Marguerite that the properties he had inherited happened to be an abandoned chemical depot with two attached row-houses in dilapidated condition. He was proud of the fact that one home is, although basic, ready to move in, and he has planning permission to merge all three properties into one large home too! He also failed to mention the outhouse toilets... Oh dear.

Three joined buildings with basic amenities only. Your Sim family will need around $40,000 to buy the property (you can use the freeRealEstate cheat to move a family in with less money). To be really mean, don't give them a penny more until one of them finds a job! Have fun! All custom content mine except crumbling wallpapers (Color Drop set by DOT - see link).
