Fighters-R-Us, that's the name of the former Fratres Fire Station. Fratres is a World built by Gissence and has a lot of buildings built by me. I thought it would be uber cool to transform the old Steampunk fire station into a residential lot that has an industrial feel to it but also has everything a modern Sim needs. Not really for a family, but it could work if you like it different. It is more for a young couple with jobs, or a home office... or for a crazy Sim like me.

I ticked every single EP and SP I have installed on my computer. Not using Store items, not using any Stuff Packs. At least, that's what I am trying not to do. This was built on a 30x20 in Twinbrook, but you can absolutely place it on a bigger plot of land to extend the garden if you like.
