GreenPhoenix's Haus Jayjay (No CC)

This is a cozy midclass home for your simmies. It contains no CC and no EA Store Items.

On the first floor you'll find the kitchen with a dining area. There is also the living room und a bathroom.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, and a large bathroom. Both floors have patios, which are connected to the lovely garden.
Once outside, you can have a nice BBQ there. You'll find a huge vegetable garden there too.

I created this simmies home on an island called Caldonia, which i created. Unfortunately you can't download the world, because i haven't uploaded it until now. I'll let you know when you can download it.
The name of the home, Jayjay, comes from the family for which the house was built. Their lastname is Jayjay. They're also not available for download yet.
When you've installed the Sims3pack, you'll see the address on which the lot was built in the description.
