Created for: The Sims 3

After playing Bridgeport for awhile, I quickly realized that though it's a great neighborhood, it's fit for single Sims and couples, but not quite right for Sim families. So, I've begun redoing my suburban hoods, and adding a 'Downtown' atmosphere to them. I'm currently working on renovating all of the apartments, and adding ammendities that are much needed, and figured I'd share them. :)

This lot is a renovated version of the 'Veranda Villas' apartment lot that comes with the 'Late Night' expansion. You MUST have 'Late Night' in order for this lot to work in your game!

This completely renovated, fully tested penthouse apartment building is move in ready and perfect for that Sim who wants exclusive living. The two rabbit hole apartments have not been altered and are fully functional as intended (my Sim couple met neighbors in both apartments on the first day after moving in). This lot features a clubhouse that's perfect for throwing parties, or just hanging out and playing games, or practicing for that next band gig. Also includes a laundry area in the apartment, plenty modes of transportation, a pool, hot tub, a garden area that's already set up with all of those rare plantings (like the death flower, life fruit, omni plant, money tree and more). So, grab a single Sim or couple and move on in. Bills are around '1640 Simoleons' to start. NO CC or store content added.
