A large, airy home for your financially comfortable Sim. This house would be fantastic for a couple of young starlets that are ready to settle down and start a family. This would also be a good spot for a few single Sims looking for a party pad! Large airy spaces create a beach feel, even far from the coast. What kind of Sim would you put here?

Interior: Two smaller bedrooms and one large master area, three and a half bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, indoor/outdoor TV room, game room/man cave and a two-car garage.

Exterior: Multi-level pools, hot tub, outdoor eating area with barbeque, playground, rooftop garden and driving range.
