Here is Le Chateau de Verrieres. This is a real castle, located in Saumur city in France.
It is a hotel, but I would have given back its original function, a family home. Big family home for rich sims !
It is fully furnished but not decorated (paintings, plants, etc...), that you make your personal touch.

Composed of:
Outdoor: Parking, garage, pond with bridge, garden with greenhouse, swimmingpool, bbq, romantic kiosk
Groundfloor: Lobby, study, tv's room, music room, lounge with bar, diningroom, kitchen, vine cellar, wc and bathroom
Fristfloor: 2 masterbedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nursery, lounge with piano, chess room, wc
Secondfloor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, gym, playroom
