Here is a twin house, again.
But it's a starterhouse.
Ideal for not separating siblings. You can play with two family, but each has is house.

Each house is compose of :

Groundfloor: garage, laundry, lobby, wc, kitchen, dinigroom and livingroom
Firstfloor:1 bedroom and 1 bathroom

One is furnish for exemple.
Garage door come from TSR too.

Remember, you can destroy one, and keep the other if you don't like twinhouse.
