Here is my third beach house.
It's composed of 3 levels.
Groundfloor : Lobby, wc, kitchen, laundry, diningroom and livingroom wtih cheminey, garage and worjkshop.
Firstfloor: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, WC and large balcony.
Secondfloor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, WC and 2 balcony.
Outdoor: Swimming pool and car park.

Not furnished (just outdoor).

I hope you will enjoy it.

I recently played in Barnacle Bay world...and i think i will change it into a charming little island of northern america. Sure, i will post on TSR all of my community lots ...and other beach houses.
