Created for: The Sims 3 Creator Terms of Use

This is the first building of set of Trimarans. Trimarans are composed of 3 buildings and a private swimming pool.
The appartement of the lot A, is composed of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom, bath., Wc and two balconnies/terraces.

I remake, again, my Sunset world and i call it Modern Sunset (the new card on my minisite, click on my pseudo). I have modernized many community lot and created news with the new games (generation, showtime...).
I start with this lot of appartements...then...soon.
