Created for: The Sims 3 Creator Terms of Use

Here is a new house of my Riverview.
I called it Watson's appartements, because in the basement there is an Detective Office. I make it in the British style, like my new riverview.
I placed it next to the Local Pub (see my map in my galery). It's a new lot of 30x30.

Just for say a word of the Local Pub, this is an old lot that i made for Sunset, Pub de l'Etoile, post on TSR the march 6,2011, i just change the exterior texture in brick and make it on a 30x30 lot. You can see it on the picture of my Grocery post the Septembre 10,2011.

This is my last lot for the moment, but i'm trying to build a new cemetery, gymnasium, wedding place and big park... and other sure. You must be patient for the following.
