Created for: The Sims 3

Christine is a little house built on a lonely island far away from the trouble of the city.
Nearly 50 years ago a woman called christine bought this little piece of land to build her own small dreamhouse on it.
She was building on it for many years until her getting the diagnose of cancer and a brain tumor, making her life end quite suddenly, with an age of 71, a few months later. She was then laid to rest under the big tree she planted on her first day at this island, besides her house.
5 Years later the time on this island seems to stand still, it is said that in some cloudless nights you can see the old woman sitting on the beach, looking at the stars, still dreaming of her house to get finished someday.


This house has two stories and a basement:

first floor: Open area with living room, kitchen and dining, little bathroom
second floor: Open area again with small living, bed, and office
basement: laundry, hobby room

Garden: Finish it for the old lady if you want, she would be really happy...


Placement:
Far away from Isla Paradiso you can find a tiny lonely island with a small lot on it. I replaced this lot with the 25x25 lot which works perfect.
