Created for: The Sims 3

Based on my previous lot upload - 5bd Family House - except much bigger.

Large Mansion featuring a double Garage with an apartment above.

First Floor contains rooms for a foyer, 3 Living/Family Rooms, a Kitchen Diner, Closet, Pantry, Utility room, office and a separate housing area to the right for guests. Also features a pool and two staircases to access the second story.

Second Floor contains a master bedroom with private seating area and en-suite. One corridor leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom and stairs to the attic. The second side of the house contains 6 rooms of which can be used as you like eg. 4 Bedrooms, Nursery and a Bathroom.

The Attic is suited as a game room and has a second room that was designed for a music room/dance area.
