Here is instruction on how to put lots:

TO THOSE OF YOU ASKING HOW:

1. First, you'll need to download this file. It's a zip folder.

2. Unzip it and move all of the content of the unzipped folder into your Tray folder. For my Mac, that's Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray.

3. Then you're going to need to download all the CC individually. As you can see in the Creator Notes section of this page, there are 8 links/downloads. This time, you'll be downloading the CC like normal, to the Mods folder. For my Mac, that's Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.

4. Most of these CC downloads are sets, so they will be zip folders that you'll need to unzip. Do that and make sure all the package files end up in your Mods folder. Once you have everything downloaded...

5. Start up the Sims 4 and choose a game like you normally would.

6. Choose an empty lot (or a lot you're ok with bulldozing).

7. Enter build mode, then click on the "Open My Library" button (looks like a stack of photographs) in the upper-right corner of the screen.

8. To the left, there is an option that says "Include Custom Content" which you'll need to make sure is checked.

9. It should appear in the list. The icon is the same as one on this page. Click on it.

10. Click the "Place" lot button and include furniture.

* If you're running into issues, first make sure that you've allowed custom content in your game settings. Options Menu > Game Options > Other > check "Enable Custom Content & Mods". Also some people say that their CC package files only work if they're out of any subfolder, directly in the Mods folder. That was the case for me with the Tray folder, but not the Mods folder. So maybe just try that. Also, you need to make sure you're placing it on a big eno\;\)ugh lot. I think the game will notify you if you try and it's too big, but I may be wrong.*
