It's cloned by a RA-display, but RA is not required. I've tested this with only the base-game. So, you can fill the deposit boxes and then shut the glasdoors in live-mode. So you can change the decor at all times without problems.
Oh, i love high gloss furnitures but it's not anybody's taste. So i made two versions, high gloss and matt. You can change this in design mode.
