Lily of the Nile is another name for Agapanthus, and they surround this house, thus giving it it's name.
It is a four bedroom, 7 bathroom, fully furnished and decorated L shaped house, complete with a self contained unit for guests or the mother-in-law.
With paved pathway around the property, lush lawns and low maintenance gardens, this house is perfect for the not so green thumbed Sim. There is also a large pool and a spa for the outdoor sun loving Sim.
GROUND FLOOR
Entry thru the front door takes you into the foyer, with pretty relaxing bamboo gardens and comfy seating. Off to the right is the elegant powder room. Through an archway you enter the living room. Here you will find seating, television, bookshelves for reading, and a train set. Further up to the left is access to the laundry room and then to the self contained unit. The self contained unit consists of bright, well equipped kitchen with small breakfast bar, double bedroom and a living room with modular sofa, bookshelves and a tv unit. There is also a bathroom. The unit also has it's own front door allowing complete freedom to come and go, without having to disrupt the main household. The laundry room provides a buffer between the main house and the unit, allowing privacy if desired, and contains washer, dryer and a small clothesline. Just past the laundry is the door providing access to the backyard pool area. Pool area is paved and fenced allowing reasonable privacy and has a spa area and a seating area poolside. Down from the pool is another paved area with a juice bar, tables and chairs complete with umbrellas to protect from the sun.
Going to the right from the entry foyer, is the modern kitchen with a stunning circular breakfast area, complete with a decorative garden feature. Kitchen has modern appliances and is bright, clean and spacious and thru here you enter the formal dining room with generous sized dining table and a small bar. From here you step out to a small external deck with a webber barbeque and seating. Lovely for just lazing on a sunday afternoon.
Down the hallway from the living room is the staircase to the second and third levels, and also another door allowing access to the back yard. There is also a covered car park space to the right of the house for off street parking.
SECOND FLOOR
On this floor you will find the bedrooms. You exit the stairwell and enter a hallway. From here you will find entry to four double bedrooms. Each has it's own bathroom. the first two bedrooms are quite pretty and rather subtlety decorated and furnished. The third double bedroom is definitely male orientated, featuring race car mural on the wall, and a double sized car bed, bold and vibrant red, black and white colors and an all in one bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom. This is a very generously sized room with stunning four poster bed, music system, bookshelves and comfortable seating. Off the master bedroom is the roomy master bathroom. Here there is a bath, large shower, twin vanities, a pair of small chairs and a separate toilet.
There is access to three separate patio areas from this floor.
THIRD FLOOR
Up the stairs again and you have two doors. Through the door to the left you have another little patio with a table and chairs. Through the door on the right, you are on the third floor open walkway. First double doorway is the fully equipped home cinema room. Complete with dvd player, home cinema, popcorn machine, snow cone machine, cafe bar and enough seating to have a few friends over for a movie night. Out of the theater and along the walkway you come to the artists studio. Complete with easels and painting equipment, a sculptors table and a pottery wheel. The studio also has it's own bathroom. Past the artists studio is a large open area with seating and a table tennis table. Past this you come the the fully equipped gym, also with it's own bathroom. In this instance, two toilet cubicles and two shower stalls. In the gym there is a punching bag, exercise mat, pull up bars, walking machines, weight machine, boxing gloves, a fridge and a juice bar. Music is also available via two radios.
This house is large, spacious, elegant and yet warm and homey and contains everything your Sim will need. Enjoy.

My game is fully patched. I have all expansion packs and stuff packs installed up to Into the Future, but NOT including Katy perry and Diesel expansions. This will run in the base game but the custom content will be replaced by default furnishings and pattens, however, this will not affect the playing of the house, it just won't look as pretty. The TSR Rigfix patch has been run on my game and supporting CC folders, and it has been tested in the game. It will sit on any flat 40 x 40 block.
This is an original work, I build these free houses for use and enjoyment in YOUR game only, so, PLEASE, do not re-upload it anywhere, or use it as a template to build a lot for upload, or claim it as your own. Thank You. .
