Modern Romance is the house for the Sim that like simple but stylish clean interior.
It is for a Sim couple that enjoy to live life to the fullest, with a bit of lawn next to it for stuff such as gardening.
Kitchen is connected with the dining-room with wide open windows for maximum light to flood in and bathe the room.
The hallway connects into the living-room, with a bookcase and TV/gaming console for those late cozy nights.

The living-room, kitchen and bathroom are furnished but the bedroom and balcony was left open for you to make something that suit your taste (I've noticed that I always enjoy doing the bedroom myself when downloading lots).
