House is based off of the Canadian TV Series, Heartland.

- 4 available parking spaces (cars not included with DL)
- Chickens and the truck with trailer are separate mods (links in notes)
- There is a small fenced area that is not shown in the pictures, but it acts as the "chicken coop"
- Pond with 2 different fish spawns
- Gardening area complete with sprinklers

The house is virtually the same as the version that needs Pets EP, minus a few minor details.

This is my version of the Heartland Ranch that can be used in any base game, WITHOUT EPs. The other version will be linked soon.

No CC is used in this build (other than 2 mods that are linked below)

The only real part of this that is similar to Heartland is the house and pathway.

House is only furnished as far as kitchen and living room. Everything else is up to the user.

I used debug ceiling lights, but you can add whatever lighting you'd like if that doesn't work for you.

In case you have the Pets EP, I will provide a link to my version of the lot that I built with it. However, you may download the other version even if you do not have the EP as the game will replace any items you don't have with similar items.
