Created for: The Sims 3

This park built by the Mad Hatter, contains all of the typical attractions you'll find in any normal park. A mad tea party (buffet;) a maze to get lost in, a vertical pond, a living room and a bedroom, of course.
You may also enjoy playing chess and painting if the mood strikes you.
The restrooms are located under the bedroom,
The buffet , Once open, seems to stay open in between visits..(Unless some tidy Sim comes and cleans it up!)
You may fish in the lake and may paint at the easel.
If someone finishes a painting while you're Sims are not present,
You may come back to find a question mark painting and not be able to get rid of this.
If this happens. Simply go into edit town/build mode, clone the easel and then replace the old one with the new. It works fine after that.
