Recently restored, this elegant traditional built home has two bedrooms and extensive downstairs living space. It's beautiful proportions mean your Sims will always be proud to bring visitors home to show off the lovely entrance way, gorgeous grounds and carefully decorated rooms.

Upstairs is a large landing overlooking the entrance way with an exit onto a rooftop patio and to the two bedrooms and family bathroom.
Outside there are separate areas for growing your own vegetables and fruit, a fishing pond and recreational area which would be suitable for children's play equipment if your family has little ones.
