Four spacious two-storey apartments. The playable lot is the top left one which comprises of the following:

Entry into large hallway with utility/w.c., kitchen/diner (the kitchen having recently been refitted), study and lounge. U-shaped stairs lead to large landing, master bedroom, three further double bedrooms and family bathroom. Access to the roof terrace via the landing or the master bedroom. Roof terrace is furnished with outdoor living cooking and dining facilities and there are loungers to admire the view after a hard days work.

I have just finished downloading this lot again. I am now happy to report that the creator fixed the problem and the lot is now unpacking and installing correctly. Checked it in game and it's working well. \:D
