Previously known as Cresent Bay Plaza. After years of renovations we are proud to announce the re re-opening of Bay Plaza Splendor. A small 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom apartment on the 17th and 18th floor is now available. Beautifully remodeled with high end materials it is sure to please even the hard to please. Completely open concept for a much larger than life feel. The spacious living room has leather furnishings, built in entertainment unit, low loop stainmaster carpeting, and plenty of windows overlooking the bay. The platformed dinning area has fabulous polished hardwood floors, a stylish table for six, a pass through bar area, and also has views of the bay. The kitchen is every cooks dream, modern, sleek, spacious, and top of the line on it all. Upstairs there is a massive master suite with a glass platform built-in bed, polished hardwood floors and access to patio. The master bath is a relaxing oasis. It has a great tub for long hot soaks, a large walk-in shower, his and hers vanity, and also has access to patio. The patio it's self is wonderfully placed with views if both the bay and the bridge. It has a marvelous patio garden, with a variety of fruits and vegetables ripe for the picking. The common areas include an indoor pool and hot tub, a gym, shower room, a beautiful park with a fully stocked pond, and a food truck parking space for the occasional quick lunch.
