4 bedroom, 2 bath with formal dining room 2 fireplaces, library, back veranda and outdoor pool. The master suite encompasses one end of this sprawling estate house and includes a fireplace. The empty room in the core could be converted into a bathroom and the library turned into another bedroom if required. The kitchen is open concept and faces onto the living and casual dining areas. The formal dining room is located off the main foyer, and has additional access through a rear hallway with space to place a kitchenette to shorten the trip from the kitchen if necessary. The three additional bedrooms are located on the second storey of the main house, also accessed through the foyer. The screenshots were difficult to obtain due to the length of the structure - so my apologies in advance.
