The Model Home is a one bedroom super-luxury modern home. It is designed for one sim or a couple and come furnished to suit a model.

The ground floor is a large open plan area with glass partitions which is ideal for a sim who likes entertaining. As you enter there are triple width stairs leading to the more private first floor. The large kitchen, to the rear of the house, has beautiful views over the river as does the dining room. In the centre of the room is a comfortable seating area with a projection screen perfect for watching movies on. To the front of the house there is an area which is currently set up as a dance floor with lights and music but could easily be converted to an art studio, music room or anything else to suit your sim. There is also a utility room and cloak room tucked away behind the stairs.

The first floor is designed to be a more personal and private area for your sim. As you come up the stairs you enter an open plan area which is to the rear of the house. It is set up with a lounge, a sewing corner for your sim to make their own clothes and a stylist station so you can give makeovers to friends. There are doors out onto a balcony which wraps around two sides of the house. There is a seating area overlooking the river and a ladder to give access to the flat roof. To the front of the house there is a large bedroom suite. The sleeping area is at the very front of the house with a study behind. There is also a dressing room with lots of storage, some large mirrors and access to a small balcony. The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, storage cupboard, roll top bath, built in sink and toilet.

To the left of the house there is a split level paved garden. There is a BBQ and preparation area and dining and seating areas on the same level as the house. On a lower level there is a pool with a second seating area and a hot tub. To the right of the house there is a driveway with space for multiple cars and to the front there is a large paved area with storage space for two bikes.

It was build using all expansion and stuff packs and may look slightly different if you run it without.
