Paradise House is a modern cube style 2 bedroom house set at the edge of the beach. The house is part furnished (bathrooms, kitchen and outside) and fully decorated.
The ground floor has double doors into the house leading to a double width staircase. There is a kitchen with island units to the left and a bathroom to the right. The rest of the ground floor is a large open plan living room area with doors out to the patio and pool.
The first floor has two large double bedrooms with en-suites at the front of the house and an open plan study/games area to the rear. There is a walkway to the left side of the house a free-standing room (supported from below by columns) which could be used as a 3rd bedroom, study or studio.
Externally there is parking for two cars to the left of the house, a front garden area with plants and water features and a number of trees. To the rear there is a pool and patio area.
