Created for: The Sims 3

Zen House is a fully decorated and furnished 2 bedroom home with large rooms.
The front door is to the side of the property and there is a covered parking space to the rear. There is a garden with trees, rocks a pagoda and a large flowerbed and to the side there is a pool.
On the ground floor there is a lounge with stairs to the first floor, a bathroom, a kitchen/dining room and a large study. On the first floor there are two very large bedrooms both with en-suites.
The house is 15x8.
