Hi, Elise! I saw your comment regarding downloading The Charleston. You will need to go to your gallery from the Newcrest neighborhood screen to find the house. It's an icon at the top of the screen. I hope this helps!

Hi Elise,

If you uploaded the zip file contents to your Tray folder, you should be able to place the build anywhere in the Sims 4 world, as long as the lot is at least 30x40.
