Hi fairlytales Thanks for commenting on Texas Oscicat. You should have pets installed. There is a download tab that you can click on and it will automatically open your Sims Launcher window and it should also install it automatically. Once it's installed you will be able to find it in the Create A Sim section. Check in the premade Sims area under pets. I hope that helps, please post back either way and let me know
