Its because she dosent have all the expansion packs required. It happned to me and i looked it up. $\:\)$

Hello, Winter-Jones.
Sorry it took me so long to reply, but I've been extremely busy later and didn't have much time to check on my messages.

Look, I truly don't know why this has happened to you, hun. About the washing machines turning into fridges and stoves and also the stairs.
I've checked the file and played a bit with the LaundroMat and everything seems to be working fine for me.

I'd love to know if anyone else is having the same problem. If so, I'll have to ask some support from the TSR team.

i downloaded it and i went to go play, when i looked inside there were NO WASHING MACHINES OR DRYERS! when i looked back on this page and saw that there were set up in a special way, i checked back and they turned into a fridge and stove, can you please explain why this is happened, and you left out stairs to get to the other floors... $\:rah\:$
