Ahh  ok  I was putting it on an empty lot and it wasn't working. Thanks for the help. :- )  your lots are great.

Hello there, welcome ot TSR! First, thank you for downloading my 'Sim Boys & Girls' community lot. Secondly, it is on a 30x30 lot. To answer your question, it has to be placed on a community lot (community lots show a park bench in the icon over the lot), and not a residential lot. If you do not have any community lots available, you can simply convert a residential lot into a community lot by clicking on an empty lot. Then a box will come up. Click on the icon that shows half of a park bench. Then answer yes to the question about converting the lot. The lot will have to be a 30x30 lot or larger. As for your other question. No we cannot choose the size of lots as we did in the Sims 2. The Sims 3 has pre-placed lots only. So we can only change what type they are (residential or community). Hope this helps!
