The Pointe: the latest in luxury condo living in Bridgeport built for 61 Dockside Road. This lot has been designed to self-populate with NPCs

The 27th floor one bedroom, one bath duplex features a two-story living room, study, eat-in kitchen, and multiple out-door decks with hot-tub. The second level of the apartment offers a balcony bedroom overlooking the living room (and the ocean beyond), a luxury-spa bathroom, dressing area and laundry room.

The building amenities feature a parking garage, gym, indoor and outdoor pools and two games room. There are also out-door deck areas with sunning area, hot-tubs, and trampoline. There is also a 2 level parking garage, garbage-shutes and basement communal laundry room. Environmental green design includes wind turbines and solar panels on the green-living roof, and multiple plantings on all deck levels.
