Ambrose Boulevard is a beautiful 4 bedroom faimilyhouse with a modern kitchen, double garage, pool and your very own cinema. The house works the best placed on a 30x30 lot with beautiful views. This house is made by Karobb with these blueprints: www.thehousedesigners.com/plan/ambrose-boulevard-7416/. That means the design is not mine, but the sims 3 version is made solely by myself.
