Hi lauren....You asked about downloading my house, Emerald Isle....First make sure your game is updated, then under the Creator Notes tab is a list of all the cc in the house...download that. Now download the house into Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 / Tray and unzip the file. Now go into your game and you should find it in your Library tab. Hope this helps Enjoy
