Sorry but my messenger won't let me send messages so I'll post it here!

I am very sorry for your issues! What are your game settings, and is your game up to date? Those are usually the reasons for CC to not show up.

My settings are
Sims: Very High
Lighting: Low
Reflections: Low
Visual Effects: Low
Laptop Mode: OFF
