Thank you for enjoying Villa Flora and sorry that I would not re-upload a non cc version.  There is only a very small amount of cc (3 patterns made by me) - nothing will harm your computer or your game in anyway.  You can delete them easily if you don't want them.

Hello and welcome to TSR!  I apologize but I cannot make a non-cc version of Nantucket Mansion.  It would require rebuilding the lot, because the base of the home is cc.  (dormer windows, brick, lawn, garage doors, etc)  It would be an entirely different house.  Also I tend to have "phantom objects" that like to attach themselves to my lot lol.  So even if I started over there would be no guarantee that something would not attach itself to the file.  I think sometimes my game fails to recognize the original EA item when I download cc that was cloned from that item.  It is annoying but it happens.  I am sorry it is not the answer you wanted, but I did want to get back to you on the comment.
