Hey! I checked and it works, is a bit disorted but not that bad I think. Depends what you want to wear under, something skin painted is going to be best as it won't go through sweater. It's easier on female frame, as femine clothes are usually more tight and do not cause that much problems
Other thing is that latest updates broke something in masculine frame spine and you need to download a fix so it does not look weird. Search for "[OPEN] Spine distortion on male Sims with female frame" in ggogle and there is a link in ea forum thread to download fix, unfortunately I can't send you link here
