Located on the largest lot from Appaloosa Valley, at 1007, this house has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (indoor and outdoor), 2 stabbles for your horses, a garage and a spacious swimming pool. The three buildings from this villa are all connected on the first floor. In real life, a part could be rented as holliday house while the remaining would be occupy by the owner. Two of the buildings are already furnished, so your sims can easily move in. I left the last one ( 3 bedrooms, a hobby room, a bathroom, a large living room and the garage) to your creativity. I hope you'll like it.
